These are solid, white resin, hand-cast sculptures
that come in parts, to be assembled. A "small" degree
of skill is required (like that of building a plastic model car).
Explicit instructions are included for building and painting
the kits as shown here. Or, we can provide names of professionals
that can build your kit as seen here.
Scale affects price a lot. A 1/4 scale kit may have
5 times as much resin as a 1/6th scale kit.
Illegal knockoffs of Mike James' kits are being sold
on ebay. Some kits are incomplete or poorly cast. The
ONLY place in the world you
can be sure of getting a complete and authentic
Azimuth Design kit is HERE,
the artist's website. Do not support recasters. And do not
contact the artist regarding validity of ebay kits; he will not
respond to such inquiries.
