I'm liking the first girl a lot, her body language, face and dress, just dripping valley-girl insouciance. As for the "girl toy", it's an idea I've seen before, though I do like her twirling a sprig of hair. Even with a well-trod theme, Mike finds that one extra thing that adds personality and cuteness. Clearly concieved as a play on the words "Lolly Gag", the ball-gagged girl is certainly packed with fevered passion,. Though the expession of pain and ecstasy are very similar, I'm sure Mike's implying the later.
