Mike says Jess brought the wig and outfit with her. Thanks, Jess, very considerate.
She looks like Catherine Zeta-Jones in "Chicago"...... only sexier. :^) 
I see here what Mike means saying Jess dons a costume and immediately plays 
the role the outfit insinuates. We've just seen babydoll shyness from her. 
This outfit is way different, bold, bawdy, theatrical, so... she ACTS that way. 
It's not just in her devil-may-care body language. Look at those smoky slit eyes. 
You could easily stick a cigarette between those parted, Jessica Rabbit lips. 
It's a fun, play-acting picture, but a genuinely erotic one too.
