D0014 Blow Off

Does "Blow Off" refer to her attitude, as in "Blow off, buddy!" or her dress, 
being blown off? We'll ask Mike later. Okay,.. great figure, pretty little pout going on, 
very sexy...but check out that beautifully rendered bus stop sign! 
It's one of those tiny clues how well this guy can really draw.
