D0075 Bad Breeze
Just what is it, that is so darned charming about blowing skirts revealing panties? I think it has to do
with the notion that control is an "illusion"...nature can take us down a peg any time she chooses.
That inherent "helplessness", is a rather endearing human condition. We have ALL experienced
embarrassment created by something beyond our control. We have automatic empathy,
even affection for, those thus inconvenienced. We want to give her a hug.
