I would have absolutely NO problem with authority given this police force. Mike told me the story of his "Agent Venus" kit -- dipped to her neck in Therion plasma. The plasma is then bombarded with Xenex isotopes catalyzing it into armor a millimeter thin and capable of withstanding a 25 megaton nuclear hit. Nice concept, eh? I have the feeling this is a takeoff of that idea. Move over Judge Anderson!
